Whoever edits the show's content prior to air time should have caught the error, so if you really want to fire someone, fire him/her.

I'm sure you've been equally adamant in calling for the heads of others in the media who have made far more substantive factual errors.Garryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15501085297163581710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20272978.post-1160717468391698442006-10-13T01:31:00.000-04:002006-10-13T01:31:00.000-04:00Wait a minute. What I am willing to say is that if the same typo gets posted three seperate times--like the Foley (D-Florida)--did on O'Reilly, whoever made that mistake repeatedly shouldn't work the news anymore. The Chafee one is probably an honest mistake, but it's sort of provacative after the Foley mix-up, which I don't think was a mistake, given that he's the most infamous congressman in the world right now.

And, let's face it fellas, FOX News ain't exactly "Fair and Balanced."

Alex,

"The liberals don't have that many straws to grasp at."

I assume you're referring to the conspiracy of the Republican "page poacher" as Garry likes to call him, or to the continued failure in Iraq, or the complete lack of fiscal responsibility, or corrupt lobbying scandals, or any other of the myriad of problems that the Republicans are having during this election year. Are those just liberals grasping at straws? I think not, but you can keep living in your dreamland where liberals are the evil ones.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11361290898243667899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20272978.post-1160565062458588772006-10-11T07:11:00.000-04:002006-10-11T07:11:00.000-04:00Okay Garry, claiming it was just typo's is just pl...Okay Garry, claiming it was just typo's is just plain wrong! The liberals don't have that many straws to grasp at, and you're trying to take this one away? You know it's a "FOX News" conspiracy! Typo's doesn't explain away those fake documents! Oh, wait.....nevermind! ;-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20272978.post-1160502725088225092006-10-10T13:52:00.000-04:002006-10-10T13:52:00.000-04:00Oh please, these typo errors in text graphics happ...Oh please, these typo errors in text graphics happen all the time; I'm surprised they don't happen more often given the thousands of packages that cable news services run each week (take one example from CNN for instance, mistaking a "prostate" for a "prostitute").

And Chaffee might as well be a Dem; he's even more liberal than Corzine in NJ (2005 ADA rating of 75 vs 65 for Corzine). I won't be sorry to see Chaffee go.Garryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15501085297163581710noreply@blogger.com
