Since when did this "New Media Journal" become the definitive voice of conservatism? I'd never even heard of this site until I saw it in your post.
In any event, nobody really knows what a Dem House would do; we'll just have to wait and see (although I hate making predictions, for what it's worth I think the Dems pick up 19 seats in the House, and 5 in the Senate).
I'd never heard of the "New Media Journal" either; however, the first three items on that list--Iraqi withdrawal, raising taxes, and impeaching Bush--are all being touted by mainstream conservatives all over the web and the media. The others on that list are crazy, but the first three in all their truthlessness are being propagated by Republican candidates right and left.
